It Was The Night

The disciples of John the Baptist who had served as messengers announcing the coming of Jesus began to question his choice of companionship and the lack of orthodoxed conformity of His disciples because they did not fast.

The birth of Jesus introduced much into the world that had never existed before.

There was: An immaculent conception; Satan appearing and relating to mankind again (first time was in the Garden of Eden); devine healing; beatitudes; preaching; disciples; raising of the dead; missionary workers; parables; miraculous expansion of food (Matthew 14:21, The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children); death, burial and ressurection; and of course, salvation.

It was the night before the birth of Jesus, the last night that the world would live in hopeless sin.
